Our foundation began early, learning the craft from the inside out — starting with drywall work and gaining an appreciation for the detail, coordination, and effort required to build quality homes. That early exposure laid the groundwork for a career built on practical knowledge, not shortcuts. After high school, our experience expanded into framing with a local Snohomish County construction company, shaping homes from the ground up and learning the structural backbone of residential building. That journey later extended beyond Washington to Sitka, Alaska, where we helped construct a remote fishing resort for outdoor and sport fishing enthusiasts — a project that demanded precision, durability, and adaptability in challenging conditions. Following that experience, we moved into infrastructure development, where we gained deep expertise in installing wet and dry utilities that service new residential communities.

Understanding what happens below the surface — long before homes are visible — has been a critical part of how we approach development today. Building on this background, we established a civil construction company specializing in new residential construction. Through years of hands-on work, we developed extensive knowledge spanning the entire process — from land clearing and excavation to utilities, foundations, and final home construction.

Today, TAG Communities brings a full-spectrum perspective to homebuilding.
